[ANNOUNCE] usocket 0.5.0

usocket (Common Lisp 可移植网络库) 终于发布 0.5.0 版本了。事实上这个项目在过去的一年多时间里所有提交都是我做的，以后也将由我来发布新版本了，原来的维护者 Erik Huelsmann 以后专心去维护 ABCL 了。现在我们总共支持 10 种不同的 Common Lisp 实现：ABCL, ACL, ECL, CLISP, CMUCL, LispWorks, MCL, CCL, SBCL, and SCL.

I'm happy to be able to release usocket 0.5.0.

The major point in this release is the availability of UDP protocol

support, next to lots of fixes since the 0.4.1 release.

The API documentation page on the website still needs to be updated

for the additional external symbols. (Any takers?)
